Hayley Orrantia, an American actress, singer and song writer. The most famous of her role includes Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," an American comedy show. But she is primarily musician. Since she was 9 years of age, she began playing around with music. When she was 12, music became serious enough for her to start training professionally. In 2013, she took on songwriting and produced her first album. From that moment on she's not been back. Orrantia is an American native and has Hispanic roots. While she grew up with solely English and never lived in Mexico she's extremely happy about her Hispanic culture. She tries to keep it alive by becoming fluent in Spanish as well as writing songs using the language. She has recorded the Spanish version of the song called 'Hasta Verte. Orrantia participated in The X Factor season 1's auditions in the summer of 2011. Orrantia auditioned, and was chosen from YouTube videos and got four "yeses," from judges who were in Seattle at the time of live auditions. Although she originally auditioned in a single performance at "Hollywood Week" She, along with three other female singers, were placed into groups for the remaining part of auditions. The group was eliminated at the fifth week in the live performances.
