She has worked with top executives from a wide range of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly during times of rapid expansion. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She's passionate about learning, and believes that leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working in Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving results, she helped foster organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. Annmarie devotes her time and energy in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non profit organizations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women become leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
