Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actor and writer, is popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. In the 1950s she performed as a stage performer in a few Broadway shows before gaining her way into the spotlight with her hit song 'Lil' Abner's performance in the year 1957. She also released her first album, titled It's Time to Tina that same year. Louise began her Hollywood career in the year 1958 when she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre a dramatic film. It was a huge success, and Louise was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. When she was a student at Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. In 1964, she signed to CBS and played Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work with ease in between Broadway TV and Hollywood playing somber characters contrasted to her perception of being a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series and Sanctuary, although she was an accomplished television director on various series like Supernatural as well as The 100. She was born on the 28th of August, 1965, in Essex. When she was 3, her family moved her to Toronto where she lived in the city for her entire childhood. Then she settled in Vancouver following her selection for the role of Samantha Carter.
